I started Clocktower Creations to bring together two things I love — technology and craftsmanship. What began as a creative outlet for design and laser engraving has grown into a small but trusted business serving Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas. Through EngravingLincoln.com, I focus specifically on custom and bulk laser engraving for customers who want something personal, professional, and built to last.
What makes my business unique is that I personally handle every step — from design and setup to engraving and finishing. That means every project, whether it’s a single gift or a full production run, gets the same attention to detail and communication throughout the process.
What I Do
My shop specializes in precision laser engraving on powder-coated stainless steel tumblers, metal tags, wood, acrylic, and leather.
Most of my work involves custom logos, names, or artwork on tumblers — sometimes one special piece, sometimes a bulk order for a business, team, or event.
Unlike large production shops that run everything through in batches, I take a personal, one-on-one approach. Every project starts with a conversation about your idea, your material, and your desired look. I’ll review your artwork (or help create new artwork), test engraving settings for the best contrast, and only then run the final piece. That up-front care is what separates a great engraving from an average one.
Equipment & Materials
Because I work with both a fiber laser and a CO₂ laser, I can engrave on a wide variety of materials:

The fiber laser is ideal for marking metals and coated surfaces with precision and contrast. The CO₂ laser creates deep, detailed engravings in organic materials like wood and leather. This combination gives me the flexibility to handle almost any project that fits within my engraving workspace.
Design Experience That Shows
Laser engraving is the core of my work here, but Clocktower Creations, LLC also offers web design and digital creative services. That background in layout and branding helps me approach engraving projects from a designer’s perspective.
I think about spacing, composition, and readability — not just placement. Whether you send me a polished vector logo or a quick sketch, I’ll make sure it’s set up properly for engraving so your finished piece looks clean, balanced, and professional.
A Variety of Projects
No two days in the shop look the same, and that’s what I love about this work. One day I might engrave personalized tumblers for a wedding party, and the next, serialized tools for a local manufacturer. I’ve also engraved cutting boards, custom plaques, acrylic awards, leather patches, and other one-of-a-kind items.
That variety keeps things interesting and lets me continually refine techniques for different materials and finishes.
